How long does a furnace last in Colorado?
Furnaces last between 10-15 years if they get yearly maintenance and if repairs are made at the first sign of a problem. Beyond this point, a furnace can start becoming more expensive and less effective.

How often should I replace my water heater?
A water heater can last about 10 years before it should be replaced. Tankless, or on-demand water heaters can last longer since they don’t have as much contact with the water.

What does a heat pump do?
Heat pumps use electricity to compress refrigerant, making it condense and evaporate in a cycle. When refrigerant evaporates, it draws heat into it, causing the space around it to become cooled. Then, when it condenses, it deposits that heat outdoors where it dissipates into the atmosphere.
How often should I replace my air filter?
A good rule of thumb is that homeowners should replace their air filter every 1-3 months. This ensures that it doesn’t get too clogged up.
